Thank you for choosing Vivid Artistry. My goal is to provide a relaxing, personalized, and high-quality experience in a private, one-on-one salon setting. To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Scheduling

• All services are by appointment only.

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled service to ensure you receive your full appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• I understand that life happens — however, to respect everyone’s time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a restriction on future bookings.

Consultations & Services

• Every appointment includes an in-depth consultation to ensure your services are customized to your goals, hair type, and lifestyle.

• Please communicate any previous chemical services, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.

• I strive for satisfaction with every visit. If adjustments are needed, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.

Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay).

• Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.

Health & Safety

• For the safety of all guests, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness.

• All tools, surfaces, and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between each client according to professional standards.

Privacy & Personal Comfort

• Your time in the salon is your private, one-on-one experience.

• Personal information and consultation details are kept confidential.

• Photos may be taken for portfolio or social media purposes with your consent only.

Refund Policy

• Service fees are non-refundable, as time and products are invested in each appointment.

• If you are unsatisfied, please reach out directly within 7 days to discuss a solution or complimentary adjustment when appropriate.

Product Sales

• All product sales are final. Exchanges may be considered for defective or damaged items within 7 days of purchase.
